Job Overview:
Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) – Direct Hire
Pay: $29–$34/hr (based on experience) + OT available
Schedule: Night Shift | 2-2-3 rotation
Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time | Permanent
Bonus: End-of-year bonus + Double time on holidays

What you’ll be doing
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues (motors, sensors, relays, pneumatics, etc.)
Repair/install facility equipment (air lines, lighting, basic electrical, piping, etc.)
Support continuous improvement efforts and help keep operations running smoothly
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
