Job Description

Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled checks, Oil Checks, Hydraulics, and electrical systems to prevent failures.

Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment, machinery, and structural components (drywall, doors, flooring).

Facility Upkeep: Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the building's interior and exterior, including painting, landscaping, and lighting.

Emergency Response: Providing prompt, sometimes on-call, support for urgent, off-hours maintenance issues.

Documentation & Safety: Keeping accurate logs of repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Tool Proficiency: Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently, often under pressure.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods.
