Maintenance Technician - $30/hour - $40/hour

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician in the city of Long Beach, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Maintenance Mechanic activities that may include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, robot, and PLC..

• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test repairs to ensure proper functionality.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs of produciton equipment during production hours.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals necessary to perform repairs to required machinery.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, support equipment, and plant facilities.

- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, material handling equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and/or robotics systems.

• Familiarity with the operation and troubleshooting of PLC programming.

• Experience in electrical distribution and machine controls ranging from 24 to 480 volts AC/DC

• Knowledge of various materials and processes; metals, ceramics, electronics, thermoplastics, semiconductors, etc

• Experience with Plastic injection molding
