**About the Role

**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join an industrial manufacturing company in Lebanon, KY. Your responsibilities will include maintaining production and facility equipment, tackling repair needs, and contributing to a steady and safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities

**

• Perform routine preventative and emergency maintenance on machinery and facility systems

• Maintenance work including, but not limited to Bearing and power transmission including chain drives, gearboxes, motors , low voltage electrical, Vfds, pneumatic and hydraulic trouble shooting and repair of packaging and production machines

• Responsible for PMS and repair of all plant and mobile equipment.

• Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures or hazards

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

• Assist in equipment installation and setup

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

• Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

• Respond to urgent equipment issues as needed

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

**Qualifications

**

• **2+ years of industrial or facility maintenance experience

  **

• **Strong background and knowledge in Hydraulic , Pneumatic and Electrical systems

  **

• PLC troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

• Working knowledge of hand and power tools

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

• Must have personal set of basic tools & ability to work outside when needed

**Physical Requirements

**

• In this position employee can expect to be exposed to extreme temperatures as well as work environment

• Able to move excess of 60lbs

• Position requires employee to stand about 50% of the time but also involves kneeling, crouching and sitting

• Employees must have the ability to climb ladders, stairs and scaffolds and must be comfortable working at various heights up to 100 feet.

• Support maintenance manager with other initiatives as given.
