This role keeps plant operations running safely and efficiently by maintaining and repairing key mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete required safety inspections each shift.

• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, mills, piping, conveyors, and related equipment.

• Install bearings and rebuild gearboxes, compressors, and other plant machinery.

• Perform precision alignments and use precision measuring tools.

• Maintain and repair lubrication systems.

• Operate mobile equipment safely after MSHA-approved training.

• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.

What You Bring- Experience with conveyors, pumps, compressors, fans, and industrial mechanical systems.

• ARC welding ability.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications- 2+ years industrial experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
