to
troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

What
your day will
look like:- Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics, one-line diagrams, PLC ladder logic, and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems, including pumps, conveyors, hoists, motors, and other production equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures, replace components, test repairs, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Perform electrical maintenance, including wiring,
conduit
installation, motor wiring, outlets, and approved equipment modifications.
- Lead or assist with welding, fabrication, piping, tubing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance projects.
- Maintain and lubricate machinery, tools, and material-handling equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Provide technical recommendations for equipment purchases, designs, installations, and modifications.
- Perform required safety and facility inspections, including eyewash stations, emergency lighting, decontamination systems, and CO₂
detectors.
- Follow all OSHA, company safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and management regarding equipment issues, repairs, and priorities.
What we are looking for:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+
years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Working knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based systems.
- Knowledge of company safety policies, OSHA regulations, departmental procedures, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Ability to safely work at heights, including the use of ladders and aerial lifts.
- Ability to safely work in confined spaces.
