Multi-craft maintenance

Industrial equipment troubleshooting is a huge plus

Conveyors, automation equipment,

Comfortable working around PLCs (AB), Automation equipment, VFDs, and Fanuc Robots

25% of work is done outside from heights due to outside conveyors and hoppers.

Mechanical repair of gearboxes, motors, and belt drives

Working with newer production team and keeping machines up. Run time is longer so ability to perform working PMs to keep up with production quota

Environment is very similar to an industrial barn setting.

Well ventilated and fairly clean environment. Mostly dusty due to dry food production.

No oil or liquids on the ground. They are FDA regulated so they do have cleanliness standards to meet.

Some work is performed outside at heights on conveyors, motors, and hoppers feeding into the mill.
