Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electrician

**Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

**

**Pay: $40.00 per hour

**

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Kent, Washington. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly and safely

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and systems

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime

• Clear equipment jams and address mechanical/electrical failures on the production line

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs

• Communicate effectively with production staff and management regarding equipment status

• Maintain and secure tools, and ensure work areas are clean and safe

• Adhere to all company and OSHA safety procedures

• Provide training to other staff when required

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of high and low voltage electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred

• Manual dexterity for equipment handling and computer work

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

• Must be dependable with consistent attendance

• Comfortable working at ceiling heights using scissor and boom lifts

• Experience in the laundry industry is a plus, but not required

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Typical manufacturing setting with exposure to industrial equipment

• Requires use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots

• Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting of up to 50 lbs

• Operation of power tools and industrial machinery
