Our commitment to quality and efficiency relies on expertly maintained equipment, and we're looking for a skilled technician to join our passionate team.

Why We Need You:

You are the guardian of our operational heartbeat. As a Maintenance Technician in our Kenosha facility, your expertise is crucial for ensuring the reliability and peak performance of our sophisticated production and tooling equipment. From high-precision injection molding machines to the advanced systems supporting our mold-making operations, your hands-on skills will minimize downtime, maximize efficiency, and directly contribute to our ability to deliver innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery, including injection molding presses, auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, material handling), and potentially supporting maintenance on toolroom equipment (CNC, EDM).

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems efficiently to minimize production downtime.

  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.

  • Work with PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, and other control systems for troubleshooting and basic adjustments.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory using our maintenance management system.

  • Collaborate closely with production operators, process technicians, and mold makers to identify and resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols (including LOTO) and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Assist with equipment installation and facility maintenance tasks as needed.

You Need These Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic components.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.

  • Proficiency with standard maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment (multimeters, etc.), and precision measuring instruments.

  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

  • Commitment to safety procedures and regulations.

It Would Be Nice If:

  • You have an Associate's Degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

  • You have specific experience maintaining plastic injection molding machines.

  • You possess experience maintaining CNC machinery or EDM equipment.

  • You have experience troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc).

  • You have basic fabrication skills (welding, machining).

  • You are familiar with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • You have experience working in a facility producing high-precision components.
