Aegis is currently partnering with a notable, long-standing manufacturing firm in Kenosha looking to identify a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular and preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment to eliminate unscheduled downtime.
• Rebuilds parts, fabricates materials, and updates prints to maintain and upgrade equipment as required.
• Interprets blueprints, schematics, electrical ladder diagrams, and exploded parts diagrams.

Requirements:

• 1-5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanically inclined – welding/fabrication, conveyors, packaging equipment, rollers, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatic, motors, gearboxes, mixers
• Electrically inclined – diagnose and repairing equipment up to 480V, PLCS, HMI’s, VFD’s, servo motors, sensors, electrical schematics, etc.
• Exposure to automated equipment/high speed production environments is a plus
