MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

$28 - $32 P/H

3RD SHIFT: 8:30PM - 7AM | Monday - Thursday

10 Hour Shifts

We are working with a leading Manufacturer who is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team on 3rd shift. These are full-time, permanent positions offering excellent long-term career potential, competitive salary, and a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on a wide range of woodworking machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose electrical issues involving sensors, wiring, cables, motors, and controls.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems, including air cylinders and related components.
• Replace belts, tools, and other mechanical components as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, including clearing jams and mechanical issues.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Complete electrical wiring and equipment installation projects when required.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs in a fast-paced production environment.
• Support maintenance projects, equipment improvements, and general facility repairs as needed.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with pneumatics.
• Ability to troubleshoot sensors, wiring, cables, motors, and electrical components.
• Experience repairing conveyors, belts, air cylinders, and other mechanical equipment.
• Experience with woodworking or similar manufacturing machinery is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and diagnose problems with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and getting dirty when required.
• Willingness to work a Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM schedule.
• PLC experience is not required.
