Job Description

We have an immediate opening in **Jefferson, WI **for a Maintenance & Refrigeration Technician.

**Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred, but not required for this level. We will train the right person. **

• Monday-Friday day shift
• $32.65 per hour to start
• Full benefits

In this role, you’ll perform refrigerant pump‑outs, replace valves and system components, complete routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, and use diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges to evaluate and calibrate system performance. You’ll troubleshoot equipment, verify work meets specifications and safety standards, conduct OSHA‑required safety‑equipment tests, maintain accurate CMMS records, and uphold 6S standards for organization and cleanliness.
