Maintenance Technician

• $27-$35 per hour
• 1st shift
• Packaging Plant

Duties as a Maintenance Technician will include:

• Set up filling and packaging equipment according to production schedules, ensuring compliance with sanitization timelines, component lot control, and safety guarding, while making final adjustments to optimize productivity and meet quality standards.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment performance issues during production runs to minimize downtime and maintain productivity within quality specifications.
• Train operators on proper setup procedures for filling and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blending, filling, and packaging equipment to reduce downtime and ensure safe, reliable operation; maintain accurate records of part replacements, calibrations, wear inspections, and related activities.
• Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance on facility systems as required.
• Carry out all repairs and maintenance in compliance with OSHA regulations, including lockout/tagout, and in alignment with GMP requirements.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• 3+ years working in Maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• 3+years of Mechanical and electrical maintenance
