We are recruiting experienced Maintenance Technicians for growing food manufacturing and packaging operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position supporting production, processing and packaging equipment. We are looking for technicians who are strong mechanically and electrically and comfortable troubleshooting equipment independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures

• Diagnose and repair 240V/480V and 3-phase electrical systems

• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, VFDs and electrical components

• Perform PLC and I/O troubleshooting

• Repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production downtime

• Maintain and repair conveyors, ovens, processing and packaging machinery

• Perform equipment adjustments, installations and changeovers

• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability

• Slicers, cutters and food-processing equipment

• VFFS packaging machines

• Multi-head weighers

• Auger fillers

• Rotary pouch machines

• Mixers and blenders

• Wrappers and bagging equipment

• Checkweighers

• Labeling and coding equipment

Requirements

• Industrial maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability

• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience

• Experience with 240V/480V and 3-phase electrical systems

• PLC troubleshooting experience

• Experience with motors, VFDs, pneumatics and hydraulics

• Preventative maintenance and breakdown repair experience

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently

• Food, beverage, bakery, packaging or similar manufacturing experience strongly preferred

These are hands-on positions for technicians who are comfortable getting onto the production floor, identifying the root cause of equipment problems and getting machinery back into operation quickly.
