Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
Work with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and electrical panels
Minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment failures
Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Strong electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Experience with PLC troubleshooting (programming is a plus)
Knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics and pneumatics
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently on 2nd shift
