Job Posting: Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:We are looking for a reliable and skilledMaintenance Technicianto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial machinery, primarily those driven byPLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), with a focus on troubleshooting, not programming. If you have a solid understanding ofPLC language, industrial automation systems, and are open to learning and growing in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machines, primarily PLC-driven with hydraulic components (no pneumatics involved).

• Work with PLC systems to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

• Maintain and ensure the efficient operation of machines and equipment.

• Collaborate with team members and management to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Learn and grow within a structured environment, with opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting PLCsis required.

• Solid experience handling and maintainingindustrial machinesandautomation systems.

• No prior hydraulic or schematic knowledgeis required, though any experience is a plus.

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

• A positive attitude and an eagerness to develop skills as part of a growing team.

• No need to program PLCs, but a basic understanding of their operation is necessary.

Compensation:

• Starting at$28-$30 per hour, based on experience.

• There may be flexibility to offer a higher rate based on your experience and expertise, with potential for growth in compensation.
