Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM 2-2-3 schedule

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a critical contributor to safe, efficient plant operations. You’ll maintain and repair sorting, grinding, and washing equipment while diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical issues. You’ll also mentor fellow technicians, help plan repairs, and reduce downtime—keeping productivity running strong.
Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical equipment independently
Read, troubleshoot, and program simple PLC instructions (Allen-Bradley)
Install and set up new equipment; coordinate maintenance schedules with vendors
Complete work orders, field service reports, and daily operational logs
Communicate effectively with supervisors and equipment operators
Share best practices to help prevent future equipment issues
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school preferred: mechanical, electrical, or related)
1+ years of hands-on experience with control systems (Allen-Bradley experience required)
Familiarity with robotic systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Stand and walk for extended periods
Climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding; work in tight spaces
Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Wear required PPE
