Maintenance Technician

• 2nd Shift Available (2pm – 11pm)
• $30 - $36 p/h
• Packaging Manufacturer

We are working with an established Packaging Manufacturer based near Hunt Valley, MD**. **They are recruiting for an **Maintenance Technician **to join their team on 2nd shift in return for a salary in the region of **$30 - $36 p/h **along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

Duties as an Maintenance Technician:

• Plan and perform preventative and reactive maintenance
• Maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and Schematics
• Maintaining Horizontal & Vertical Flexible Packaging Machines, High-Speed Automated Wrappers, Case Sealers and Tape Machines, Shrink-Wrapping Equipment, Material Handling Systems and Conveyors
• Performs general facility maintenance to improve or modify facility
• PLC troubleshooting

Qualifications & Experience required:

• 4 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial/manufacturing environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mechanical certifications
• Electrical experience
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Must have own basic tools (Company will provide specialized tools)
• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
