Overview

We are seeking 6 Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Howell, MI. Openings are on 2nd and 3rd shift in the stamping and assembly area.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain automated assembly machinery

• Repair and maintain stamping presses

• Troubleshoot electrical issues, mechanical issues, robotics, etc.

• Work up to 480v, read electrical prints, work on hydraulics and pneumatics, servos, and troubleshoot electrical issues.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.

• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
