  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM –10:30 PM
  • Standard schedule: 11 days on / 3 days off, with 12-hour shifts on weekends
  • Overtime and weekend work is required

Shift Differential

  • 8-hour weekday shifts: 2nd shift +$1.00/hr
  • 12-hour weekend shifts: Day shift +$1.00/hr; Night shift +$1.50/hr

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, robotics, and electrical systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments to minimize downtime
  • Work with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits, PLC hardware, ladder logic, and motor controls (VFDs, soft starts)
  • Operate shop tools such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, and power saws as needed
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Adhere to safety protocols including PPE requirements and LOTO procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems (480v), and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders
  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
