Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Duties

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as required.
Maintain and repair machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of facilities for events or special projects.
Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as needed.
Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as required by operational needs.
A valid driver’s license may be required based on job responsibilities.
