🔧 What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who’s ready to take the lead. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has the initiative to guide others, support planning, and help drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example in performing inspections and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems
Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance activities
Maintain accurate logs in our digital maintenance system
Promote a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

🧠 What You Bring

High School Diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical/electrical)
Bonus: Experience with automation or controls
Experience with fabrication using TIG/MIG welders, plasma torches & punch presses
Leadership mindset with a proactive, team-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
