Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our equipment and facility systems. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where your expertise makes a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, forklifts, pallet trucks, and related machinery
  • Supporting facility systems, including water tanks, chillers, compressors, oil temperature controllers, filters, and electrical systems in compliance with national codes
  • Performing fabrication and welding work (machinery components, gates, guards, etc.)
  • Operating shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assisting with general facility upkeep, such as replacing bulbs/ballasts, moving furniture, cleaning equipment, and maintaining exterior areas
  • Tracking daily activities, parts usage, and maintenance records in our ERP system
  • Partnering with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Supporting and following our Quality Management System (QMS) standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute their technical skills.

Qualifications include:

  • 1–2 year technical degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Machine Shop, Hydraulics, Water Treatment Systems, or Power Transmission
  • – OR –
  • 5+ years of equivalent maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and plumbing knowledge
  • Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics
  • Good organizational and basic math skills
  • Comfortable using computers and maintenance tracking systems
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
  • Reliable, regular attendance and a strong safety mindset
