Maintenance Technician

Location: Greenville, SC Area

Pay: $30–$32/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Employment: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Overtime: Available

A growing manufacturing facility in the Liberty, SC area is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong industrial maintenance background who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and keeping production running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

• Diagnose and repair 3-phase motors and other industrial electrical equipment

• Repair pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, fittings, and other hydraulic components

• Perform mechanical repairs, equipment adjustments, and component replacements

• Assist with electrical wiring, conduit, and equipment installations

• Complete basic welding and fabrication when needed

• Troubleshoot production machinery and automated equipment

• Support preventative maintenance programs and minimize equipment downtime

• Assist with general facility and equipment maintenance as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

• Experience working with 3-phase motors

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

• Experience maintaining manufacturing or production equipment

• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus

• CNC, injection molding, or die casting equipment experience is a plus

• Welding and fabrication experience is helpful

• Ability to troubleshoot independently and work effectively with a team
