We are currently seeking an Intermediate-Level Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our Greensburg, IN facility.

Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a technician who has solid foundational experience and is continuing to build advanced electrical and mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Assist with diagnosing motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, and production machinery
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Support installation and startup of new or upgraded equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of electrical systems (24DCV up to 480V 3 Phase)
• Experience with mechanical systems, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to overtime as needed
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

Physical Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in industrial conditions
• Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required
