Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team in Green Bay, WI.

**Pay Rate: **$26/hr - $32/hr

**Shift: **1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely repairs to minimize production downtime

• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, bearings, and automated production equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation

• Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and plant improvement projects

• Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs using CMMS software

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Technical degree or certification in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electro Mechanical Technology, or Automated Manufacturing Systems is required.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated production equipment

• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems

• Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and industrial electrical systems
