Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI

**Pay **: 28-35/hr

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This role is critical to keeping our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, strong in troubleshooting, and experienced working with industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and production downtime

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements

• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, repairs, and parts usage

• Follow all safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and plant safety standards

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred

• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance and/or strong mechanical aptitude

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems; basic electrical and PLC exposure is a plus

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
