Job Overview:

2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Shift Hours: 3 PM – 11 PM

Pay Rate: 30/hr, eligible for overtime plus full benefits.

*Must have manufacturing/plant maintenance experience troubleshooting hydraulics and working with 480 3 phase systems.

*Must be eligible to work in the United States. Sponsorship for immigration cases is unavailable.

Join a well-established, innovative manufacturing company specializing in high-quality automotive interior and exterior components. As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently to ensure production stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on injection molding and related manufacturing equipment

Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues quickly and effectively

Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints (training available if needed)

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine downtime

Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime

Qualifications & Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems required

Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics (or willingness to learn)

Understanding of preventative maintenance programs

Prior experience in injection molding preferred

Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
