Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay: Up to $45/hr + 5% annual bonus

Openings: 7

Shifts:

• 3rd Shift: 6 PM–6 AM | AWS 3-2-3 schedule | 6 openings
• 2nd Shift: 1 PM–9 PM | Mon–Fri + rotating weekends | 1 opening

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Work on pumps, valves, conveyors, fillers, packaging, robotics, and automation equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance and repairs.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and GMP safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Card or 4+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with pumps, valves, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.

Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
