Maintenance Technician

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay & Schedule

• 6 openings: Up to $45/hr + 5% annual bonus | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | 3-2-3 AWS schedule
• 1 opening: Up to $39.50/hr + 5% annual bonus | 1:00 PM–9:00 PM | Monday–Friday with rotating weekends

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair equipment such as fillers, conveyors, pumps, valves, and packaging machinery.
• Perform equipment installations and modifications.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), GMP, and safety procedures.
• Minimize equipment downtime and support production operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Card OR 4+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings/diagrams.
• Basic computer/CMMS skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
