Maintenance Mechanic

Hours: Monday - Friday

8:00am - 4:00pm

As the Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for all repairs, troubleshooting and preventative care throughout the building that maximizes productivity, meets scheduling requirements, minimize costs, and promotes a safe working environment, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for the completion of all maintenance repair assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor / Manager.
Routine inspections of equipment to determine if any repairs are needed.
Troubleshoot all electrical, mechanical, heating and cooling equipment.
Ensure you are following all safety procedures and regulations.
Utilize problem solving skills to maintain productivity, quality, and safety on all equipment.
Report irregularities to appropriate leadership.
Document all repairs in the maintenance repair request program.
All other job duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
Must successfully complete any training or certification courses required to support or strengthen confidence.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Electrical / PLC experience
Plumbing and HVAC experience (preferred)
