Maintenance Technician

• 1st or 3rd Shift available | 6am - 6pm | 6pm - 6am (2-2-3 Schedule)
• Food Production Company
• $38 - $48 /hour

We are working with an established food production company based in Pleasant Prairie, WI. They are recruiting for a **Maintenance Technician **to join their team during their 1st or 3rd shifts in return for a salary in the region of **$38 - $48 /hour **along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental, PTO and Life Assurance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting
• Interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Troubleshoot and replace AC/DC motors and VFD's
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair ovens, mixers, conveyors
• Light Welding and fabrication

Qualifications & Experience required:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably within food production or processing
• Maintenance expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical functions of the equipment
• Familiarity with machine configuration, rebuilding, stripping, and preventative maintenance
• Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) electrical troubleshooting knowledge
