Responsibilities
- Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability.
- Perform heavy equipment repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Work with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct machine safety inspections to uphold workplace safety regulations.
- Utilize Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for efficient motor control.
- Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for automated systems.
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Service and troubleshoot servo motors to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of creating preventive maintenance plans.
- Experience with heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and their troubleshooting.
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
- Experience in conducting machine safety inspections.
- Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and their applications.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Familiarity with conveyor systems and servo motors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
