Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a motivated individual to provide crucial maintenance support, ensuring the reliability of our plant equipment, machinery, and processing systems.

What You'll Do:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain an audit-ready facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to enhance equipment reliability.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, documenting changes and observations using CMMS software.
• Coordinate equipment testing post-maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Apply new skills and technology for capacity and reliability improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in food processing or related manufacturing fields.
• Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test and perform duties with a focus on safety.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in PLCs and electrical schematics.
• Skilled in using a variety of tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform maintenance tasks with frequent use of hands and arms.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds or more as needed.
• Adaptable to working in various weather conditions and in the presence of airborne particles.

Work Environment:

Be prepared to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to moving machinery, dust, and varying temperature conditions. Use of hearing protection will be required due to noise levels.
