Responsibilities

• Work on plastic injection molding and press stamping machines
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating at optimal levels.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the training of new maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
