**Job Title: Maintenance Technician Level 1

**Job Location: Deerfield, IL 60015

**Contract Duration:

** **3 Months(Contract to Hire)

**Shift: Mon to Fri 7A.m to 3:30P.

**Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

• Candidate will be working inside of a bank
• Candidate will be driving a client van to multiple area locations - 30-mile radius
• Uniform and tools will be provided

**Team Overview:

• Candidate will be working independently

**Resource's typical working day:

• Lock repair
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical
• Basic carpentry
• Minor HVAC PM's
• Patching/painting

**Licenses/Certifications:

• Driver's license

• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical
• Basic carpentry
• Basic mechanical skills

• HVAC experience
