The Maintenance 8 (Multi-Craft Maintenance) position exists to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operation of production equipment, CNC machinery, facilities, and support systems. This role provides advanced multi-craft technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and facility systems while also developing, modifying, and troubleshooting CNC programs used in manufacturing operations. In addition, this position serves as a critical technical link between Engineering and Manufacturing, translating engineering designs, drawings, and intent into functional, reliable, and production-ready machine programs and processes.

Physical Requirements to Perform Essential Functions: | |||
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb for extended periods · Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly, with heavier loads using assistance or mechanical aids · Ability to work at heights using ladders, lifts, or platforms · Ability to work in confined or restricted spaces as required · Ability to perform tasks in awkward or non-standard positions, including overhead and below-waist work · Ability to use hands and arms for precise manipulation of tools, controls, and components · Ability to tolerate exposure to industrial environments (noise, heat, cold, dust, fumes, grease, oils) · Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
