We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dallas, TX, 75233. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, conveyors, high speed packaging, 480v, 3 phase motors, gear boxes, bearings, schematics and blueprints, plc.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve facility operations and safety.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
• 3 plus years in a manufacturing environment.
