**Job Title: Maintenance Technician

**

**Job Location: 1420 Concord Parkway South Concord, NC 28027

**

**Contract Duration: 05 Months (Possible Extension)

**

Shift: 12 hrs

**Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

**

• Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility / Office

**Team Overview:

**

• Will be reporting to Hard Services Supervisor. Team consists of Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Techs, Plumbers and Electricians.

**Resource's typical working day:

**

• Perform Fit & Finish wall repairs, furniture assembly, painting, general maintenance repairs including light plumbing.

**Must Have Skills:

**

• Commercial / Industrial experience

**Nice to have skills:

**

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

**Years of Experience:

**

• 5

**Education

**

• High School Diploma / GED

**Software skills:

**

• Ability to use CMMS system, Email
