We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and safety of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems across our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC equipment, and other building infrastructure to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems using schematics, diagnostic tools, and industry best practices.
