Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with injection molding experience looking for a stable company where you can build a long-term career?

We're partnering with a growing medical device manufacturer in Clinton Township that offers a clean, climate-controlled facility, excellent benefits, minimal overtime, and a Monday through Friday schedule. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company known for its low turnover and employee-focused culture.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Training conducted on first shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) for several weeks

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding presses and support equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
• Help minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment problems
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Work independently while supporting production on third shift

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an injection molding environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience maintaining injection molding presses
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently on third shift
