Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct electrical repairs and maintenance on commercial electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on HVAC/R systems.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and electrical repair techniques.
• Experience with conveyor systems, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Familiarity with Swisslog machinery is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
