Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team in Cincinnati, OH

**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $40/hr

**Shift: **1st and 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime

• Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, bearings, and automated production machinery

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation

• Install, modify, and commission new equipment and support machinery upgrades

• Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs using CMMS software

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and participate in root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment

• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems

• Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and industrial electrical systems
