Location: Cincinnati, OH Area

Pay: $29.79 – $38.21 per hour (Based on Ramsay Assessment Score)

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM | 6 Days Per Week

A growing manufacturing company in the Cincinnati area is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced production environment.

This role focuses on preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems to keep manufacturing equipment running efficiently.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and industrial machinery systems
  • Diagnose equipment failures and complete industrial maintenance repairs
  • Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and PLC-related maintenance
  • Weld, fabricate, and install machine components as needed
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance schematics
  • Install, repair, or replace meters, regulators, and control devices
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies
  • Maintain safe and efficient manufacturing maintenance operations

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
  • Experience with welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting and PLC knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
