Must Have
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and production equipment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated production machinery
- Perform equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades as needed
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical degree, vocational training, or apprenticeship preferred
- Ability to work with electrical systems up to 480V
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated manufacturing equipment preferred
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and climb for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- $28.00 - $38.00/hour based on experience
- Overtime available
