Must Have

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and production equipment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated production machinery
• Perform equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades as needed
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical degree, vocational training, or apprenticeship preferred
• Ability to work with electrical systems up to 480V
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated manufacturing equipment preferred
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and climb for extended periods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

• $28.00 - $38.00/hour based on experience
• Overtime available
• Shift differential available for off-shifts
