About the Role:

You’ll be a key player in keeping our manufacturing systems operating smoothly. You’ll handle everything from preventative maintenance to emergency repairs on equipment like pumps, conveyors, boilers, hydraulics, and more. Expect hands-on work in a dynamic, large-scale operation where every day brings a new challenge.

We’re Looking for People Who:

• Have at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial setting

• Can confidently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems

• Are skilled with pneumatic, hydraulic, and precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)

• Take pride in their problem-solving abilities and enjoy working on large, complex equipment

• Are adaptable, self-motivated, and value safety above all

Bonus Points for Experience With:

• Steel or metals manufacturing

• Overhead cranes, mobile equipment, or machining equipment

• Leading maintenance crews or informal leadership on the floor

• Electrical Experience

Shifts Available (Multiple Openings):

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5 positions)

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1 position; +$0.30/hr differential)

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (1 position; +$0.40/hr differential)
