Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician.

Food Industry, Plastic or Packaging experience a plus.

$2000 sign on bonus pais at 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on Motors, drives, conveyors, blow molding, filler machines, high speed packaging.

• 480v and 3 phase motors

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

• Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
