MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Join a world-class food production facility where your technical expertise keeps the lines running and the products flowing. We’re looking for a seasoned Maintenance Technician with strong electrical experience to join our Charlotte bakery team on the night shift (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM).
You’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable operations. From root-cause analysis to equipment rebuilds, your skills will directly impact productivity and quality on the floor.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment and facilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using advanced tools like ultrasound, thermal imaging, and vibration analysis
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to resolve issues
- Support continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives
- Comply with all safety procedures: Lock-Out Tag-Out, Arc Flash, Hot Work, Confined Space, etc.
- Train operators on equipment care concepts (autonomous maintenance)
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as an electrician/maintenance technician
- Industrial manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
- Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and electrical diagrams
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or certifications preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
