FieldBridge is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Burlington, MA. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

**Pay + Schedule:

**$40.00/hour | Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $40/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,200 gross.

Important Notes:

• 6-month contract assignment with possibility to extend
• 100% onsite

**Position Overview:

**FieldBridge is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support production and distribution operations at a food and beverage manufacturing facility. This role installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and improves process equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on process equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, and lubrication
• Install, assemble, and reassemble equipment as needed
• Document maintenance activity in the maintenance database and use the inventory system
• Communicate equipment issues clearly to production and maintenance teams

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to use hand and power tools and read basic schematics
• Comfortable using a maintenance database or CMMS for work orders
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
