Overview

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment in our manufacturing facility. This role includes mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Replace bearings and lubricate equipment as needed.

• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild pumps, valves, and gearboxes.

• Safely troubleshoot and work with electrical systems.

• Replace contactors, sensors, and other electrical components.

• Use HMI screens to identify machine faults, alarms, and operating issues.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical problems to restore equipment operation.

• Perform regular maintenance to keep machinery in good working condition and help prevent unexpected breakdowns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance and repair.

• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems and components.

• Ability to navigate HMI screens to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and general workplace safety practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively.
